iPhone Black but a Placeholder

Apparently AT&T has made a blunder with the iPhone Black on its model selector - this reference is but a temporary placeholder used over the weekend for a scheduled catalog update. It was supposed to distinguish between 4GB, 8GB and 16GB iPhones, but somehow gremlins on the server failed to do the proper reassignment and hence the flood of whispers across the Net that the 3G iPhone is all but inevitable so soon.
