Virgin Mobile Launches Its Second LG Phone

Today Virgin Mobile USA announced the availability of the LG Flare, which is a 1900 MHz-only version of the LG LX-160. The Flare is a clamshell that has Bluetooth and a full external LCD display that 'flares' with incoming calls. Is is available online for $30 and will appear in retail outlets later this month.
