Samsung Armani Reviews

Mobile Choice UK reviews the Samsung Armani and writes, "There are enough camera features to keep you occupied, with a rapid 15-shot burst mode and white balance options to improve picture quality. We found the camera struggled somewhat with moving images and produced slightly blurred results. However, with a built-in flash and video capture at 30fps, the camera is more than capable."

Pocket-lint reviews the Samsung Armani and writes, "Samsung makes up for this boo-boo with a capable 3-megapixel camera. Admittedly there’s no auto-focus or flash but it nevertheless takes solid snaps with strong colour reproduction. Video capture is also quite slick, shooting in two resolutions: 320 x 240 pixels at 30fps and 352 x 288 pixels at 15fps."

LetsGoDigital reviews the Samsung Armani and writes, "The Samsung P520 lets you edit a captured picture directly. You can cut the pictures to remove annoying extras or you can adjust the colours, the light and the contrast. The camera offers nice standard and less standard effects such as negative, sepia, milky and matt glass. You can also add a curve or a bend resulting in hilarious pictures of deformed faces or surrealistic shapes. Enough room for you to be creative and moreover, all effects show thumbnails first so you don't lose too much time trying out the various options."

InfoSync reviews the Samsung Armani and writes, "We didn't expect much of the extra features on this fashion-oriented phone, but we were especially disappointed with the camera. We think the potential buyers for the Samsung P520 Armani phone will definitely want to use it for light picture taking, and so ideally it would have had a good lens with a decent sensor and an easy interface. We'd like an interface that takes better advantage of the touchscreen. Most of all, though, we'd like to see great-looking pictures, but the pics we got from the Samsung P520 Armani were as disappointing as any average, budget Samsung phone. This would have been the place to splurge a bit, but instead the phone falls flat."
