Ringtones for Your Car are in the Near Future

Do you have a hard time finding your car in a parking lot full of look-a-likes? Well in the near future, this won't be a problem for you any longer. Ringtones for your car are coming to a retailer near you very soon. With the click of a button you will be making your way to your car as it plays 50 Cent's Gold Digger or Nickelback's Photograph.

With the way technology is advancing, consumers can practically do anything and everything. The guy who dreamt up the idea of adding ringtones to your car is expanding on the ever popular ring tone market and has even won an award for his ingenuity. By 2007 at the Consumer Electronics Show, Jack Conrad's idea will have become reality.

The whole goal beghind the invention is to provide a vehicle with a distintive audible identification - just like a cell phones ringtone. Users will be able to download MP3's and voice files for their car just like they currently do for their cell phones.

Conrad, the inventor of this amazing idea, won the first annual Design, Originality and Creativity (D.O.C.) award (sponsored by Digital Innovations) for his entry. Initially the product will be turned into a shippable item which Digital Innovations expects to distribute through its 35,000 retail outlets worldwide.
